The Position:
Experience required for the Role:
- The ideal candidate will be highly technical, and specifically experienced in database architecture
- He or She will have a proven track record of innovative database architecture and relationship building within the developer community
- He/she will have lived comfortably in the 24x7 support & on-call domain, and ideally comes from an e-commerce environment
- Non-biased approach towards product ranges - from open source/open
standards to proprietary - embraces products/architectures ranging from Oracle to MySQL
- Multiple Operating Systems experience (Solaris (legacy), AIX, Linux, Windows in use)
- Multiple Systems platform experience (IBM, Sun (legacy), Rackable, Compaq (legacy) in use)

Sr Software Engineer, Customer Analytics

The Position:
In order to obtain our goals, Netflix needs to build a customer-centric data model to enable marketing to effectively find and market to potential customers, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. As the lead person interfacing with Marketing, the Senior Manager, Data warehouse will work closely with Marketing to give them a much more customer focused, organized and reproducible way to get to the data quickly and accurately. This person will research, define, develop, implement and maintain internal resources and tools available to Marketing. The right individual will be someone that is capable of setting a clear vision for what this data model should look like, and also be willing to a hands-on developer that can build it.
- Work with Marketing to define their data warehouse/data modeling/reporting needs
- Research, define, develop, implement and maintain internal resources and tools available to Marketing
- Build tools that can segment customer data across many sets of data (ie Email, Direct Mail, Customer support, Retention, Trials, Household demographics, penetration, Ratings, Movie Taste, etc) to enable them to effectively target sets of potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with the implementation of Marketing automation tool such as Sass, Teradata, or Unica.
- 5+ years’ extensive experience building customer centric marketing tools.
- 7+ years’ experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.
- Excellent design skills.
- Must have worked with very large volumes of data. (100m household, 20m retention records per month)

Finance Department Administrator

The Position:
My Pc Center is looking for a responsible, resourceful, motivated and diligent individual to provide executive administrative support the CFO and General Counsel and for coordinating the administrative needs in the entire Finance and Legal department. The incumbent will function as the first point of contact for all levels of management as well as the business and investment community. Responsibilities include the preparation of business presentations, generation of written executive reports, correspondence, and providing a high level of administrative support to the CFO and the General Counsel. In addition, the person will assist in board package presentations and several investor relations-oriented tasks. The ideal candidate will be an organized team player capable of actively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks for varied individuals. This is a highly visible and extremely rewarding position for the right person!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrator for the Finance and Legal departments, primarily supporting the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel.
- Act as liaison for an executive officer with internal and external clients, business associates and community/industry leaders. Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling telephone calls and emails, routing them to others or dealing with them on your own initiative when appropriate.
- Compose, design, edit and distribute correspondence, memorandums, reports, and presentations producing professional output with accuracy, style and impact.
- Responsible for preparing travel arrangements; scheduling meetings and conference calls. Responsible for managing the overall schedule of the CFO.
- Process and maintain accurate and complete files and records regarding general and confidential department and company matters.
- Manage and balance varied needs of a number of individuals, requiring an ability to actively track multiple simultaneous tasks and responsibilities and ability to prioritize, execute and report on status of tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a highly responsible administrative support capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is desired.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
